On December 10, 2017, the world lost a great husband, brother, son, and friend in Matt. Matt was a family man who would do anything for those he loved. Although he never had the chance to meet his sons, the preparations he made for their arrivals proved he was already ready to be an amazing father. He was ecstatic to become a dad and will be watching over his boys for the rest of their lives. Matt dedicated the last 15 years of his life working within the Cleveland Indians organization. He took great pride and passion in his career and his love for baseball. His job was demanding, but there was never a day that went by that he did not enjoy every minute of it. He was a friend to many and had an infectious personality that made all who knew him love him. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all.
